Rustic varieties

Doughs prepared with wheat flours specially selected for their quality and purity. It is defined by its high hydration and its double fermentation.
The main cooking is done in a refractory stone furnace, which follows traditional processes. The result is a natural and defined flavour bread, with a rustic aspect due to its golden and floured crust, scored with cuts. A type of bread defined by its fresh, fluffy and airy textured crumb.
